ABOUT US

Since 1998, we have been serving Canadian small and medium size enterprises achieving their full potential. We are structured to empower your team and to outfit them with the tools they need to succeed. Talk to  us today about how we can support your growth, increase your turnover, and put you on a solid track to success and profit.

Aside from various innovative projects, NMB International invests in researching and experimenting the technology of harnessing wasted thermal energy in residential gas heaters and transform that into usable electrical power.

We consider our global partners valuable assets
Our Portfolio:

Improving performance of gas grill:

A for-profit small business working in HVAC industry located in Toronto approached us to help them improve performance of a newly designed but not yet released gas burning grill. Initiatives were taken in order to modify the burner mechanism while reducing the gas consumption.

Reduction of cycle time in electrostatic paint process:

Gas burning oven plays an important role in the powder pain process line. However, this equipment consumes a large amount of fossil fuel (mainly gas) while occupies much of the secured space in production. Our team has developed an infrared ceramic oven for our client in home appliance manufacturing plant that can be used as both the pre-heating or curing. With high penetration rate, it can bring the temperature of a ferrous part to 160 degree Celsius in just 2.5 meter, saving 16 percent of working space and reducing more than 20 percent of gas consumption.

Waste to energy:

Our engineering team has developed a device that can easily be installed on direct flue chimney in order to transform wasted heat to electricity. This goal is achieved by harnessing wasted heat from exhaust pipe into a thermoelectric mechanism electricity is generated. The generated DC power  will then is used to power a Fan therefore  creating a forced convection to transfer heat.

Improving thermal efficiency of gas heater:

Gas burning home appliance for the purpose of space heating is estimated to consume around 40 percent of Canada/US household energy. By using a conventional heating appliance such as natural gas or compressed gas fireplace, most of the  generated heat is wasted through fireplace exhaust pipe. Therefore, by improving appliance thermal efficiency we can direct the scare heat into the room and save much energy and money. A concept of a thermoelectric gas heater has been designed, developed and materialized. Sample batch is produced and sold overseas.

We are now in process of obtaining intellectual property license for this innovative product.
